Saturday Night some of the Rebel Football team have a quick snack after helping at the Grundy Center Community Center serving food as a thank you for those who work at the Grundy County Hospital. We also had other Rebels volunteer their time afterwords cleaning up! #rebelnation

The Rebel boys basketball team was unable to have their JV/V games at North Mahaska rescheduled. We have now picked up Alburnett on the schedule to replace our missed game, and that will allow us to get our 21st regular season game in.
We will travel to Alburnett this Friday, February 10th for JV/V boys only games. JV will start at 5:30 with the varsity slated to start at 7.

Congratulations to the Rebel girls basketball team on a great finish to the regular season. The postseason begins this week and our girls get to host their first round game in Class 1A Region 1!
The Rebels will host Janesville this Thursday, February 9th at 7PM. Tickets must be purchased online as cash will not be accepted. The link for purchasing tickets to the game is attached to this post.
Tickets will be $6 plus additional processing fees. They are on sale as of 8AM this morning.

In their first tourney of the season, this 8th grade group took first at the North Tama AAU volleyball tournament today. Their win today qualifies them for the AAU state tournament. Congratulations 8th graders!

100th day of school fun!
TK and Kindergarten students got to mix up and rotate between classrooms to make 100 snacks, find and match 100 kisses, and get in a 100 workout! Lots of counting and fun was had! We are definitely 100 days smarter!
Rebels Win! Congratulations to our HS Girls Basketball team with their win tonight vs the Grundy Center Spartans. They took an early 17-7 lead, going into halftime with a 28-14 lead and never looked back winning 46-37. #rebelnation

The IGHSAU has come out with postseason basketball pairings. Our Rebel girls basketball team finds themselves in Region 1 of Class 1A.
We’ll host Janesville next Thursday, February 9th at 7PM. The winner of our game will travel to Riceville on Tuesday, February 14th.
