🌙🌖🧩moon phases cracked ✅ escape complete! ✅ 7th grade science completed an escape room over moon phases!

The 8th grade Rebels swept the Comets tonight, winning five hard-fought sets, with three of the sets going to extra points! The girls showed scrappy defense and aggressive hitting throughout the entire match! These girls continue to grow each game!

This week, our third-grade students had their first Ag in the Classroom. Ag in the Classroom is sponsored by Farm Bureau of Grundy County. Each month we get the privaledge of having Mrs. Shari come into our classroom to teach us about different agriculture topics.
This week she taught us about corn. We learned about three different types of corn: field corn, popcorn, and sweet corn. We did an activity where we made an ear of corn and also got to enjoy some candy corn.
The kids are excited to have her back in October!

Today, the third-grade students worked with balance scales to figure out the mass of various objects.

The 8th grade volleyball team traveled to Hubbard tonight to take on South Hardin and came away with a 3–1 victory! The girls showed tremendous improvement from their first match, displaying stronger court awareness on defense and greater consistency at the service line. Their communication on the court is also continuing to grow with each game! The Junior High Rebels will be back in action on Thursday at home against BCLUW—come out and support the team!

7th grade volleyball was on the road tonight to Hubbard. The girls went 2-3, with the highlight of our night being a 7 point comeback win in set 2! Each game we continue to improve with our rotations and strong serving. #rebelnation
