The Rebels keep it rollin...a PR by every member of the GRXC team...both JH & HS 2nite at Grundy. They have had a fantastic week of practice and proved it at the meet. Caleb P. medaled w/a 7th place finish.

GR CAPS Social is today from 1:30-2:00 pm at the Milkhouse! Our CAPS Associates hope to see you there!

This morning we did math rotations. At this station, the kids worked with balance scales.

GR CAPS associates stepped outside the classroom and into the community to pitch our upcoming social. We had the opportunity to connect with local businesses and community members. It was a great experience putting our communication and professionalism into action while representing CAPS.

The social will be held at the Milk House on Thursday, September 24, from 1:30-2:30. Looking forward to seeing you all.

The 7th grade volleyball team went 5-1 tonight against East Marshall! The girls even battled back from a 12-point deficit to win a set, showing some serious fight and determination. Great job girls! #rebelnation

Board Meeting Livestream Update

We are aware that there was an issue with the livestream of our most recent Board of Education meeting. Although the streaming equipment was set up and a stream channel was selected as usual, the broadcast did not properly connect to our district YouTube channel and, unfortunately, the meeting cannot currently be found there.

While live-streaming board meetings is not something the district is required to provide, we have chosen to do so because we value transparency and want to make our meetings as accessible as possible to our families, staff, and community members.

We are currently reviewing what occurred and will be conducting additional testing of our streaming setup prior to the October board meeting to help ensure everything is working properly and will continue to try to find the location where the stream went.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the community’s understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

This morning we had over 80 little cheerleaders attend Cheer Camp! They learned 3 new cheers and a dance that they will perform at halftime of Friday nights game against Don Bosco. Go REBELS! It was a GReat morning! 🎀🏈🎀

The JH/HS cross country meet for tomorrow in Belle Plaine has been canceled. The course in Belle Plaine has taken a lot of rain and to keep athletes safe, they have made the decision to cancel the meet.

They are offering a make up date but that date will not work in our schedule unfortunately.

The next competition date for JH/HS cross country will be this Thursday Sept 24 at Grundy Center.
