As we get further into the 2023-2024 basketball season, there is an important rule change when it comes to fouls during gameplay.
1. There are no more 1-and-1's.
2. When there are 5 team fouls by one team in a quarter, the other team will be in the bonus.
3. The bonus means a team will always get two free throw attempts when the other team is at 5 team fouls for that quarter.
4. Team fouls will reset back to zero at the end of each quarter.
*The fouls rule change is taken directly from the NFHS, IHSAA, and IGHSAU.
The third grade students have been working on how to write a letter. They also learned how to address an envelope. Today we took a walk to the high school for Mrs. Kayla to put postage on our letters. Our walk then continued down to the post office to send our letters off!
Physical Science was electrifying today. We are learning about static electricity so out came the van de Graaff generator. It was HAIR RAISING! #rebelsrising #rebelnation
On Tuesday a group of Junior students got to experience Ellsworth Community College. A great day for a walk through their campus, and to see their equestrian, athletic training, conservation, and welding programs. We loved "horsing around" there!
