We’ve got ourselves a back-to-back-to-back volleyball state qualifier! The GR Rebels claim the 1A Region 5 championship and punch their ticket to the 1A state tournament with a sweep of Dunkerton 25-23, 25-6, and 25-19. Pairings should be out later tonight. We’ll play next Tuesday Nov. 1st at either 6PM or 8PM at Xtream Arena in Coralville, IA. What a great environment tonight and what an amazing effort by the team as they electrified the awesome Rebel crowd in attendance. Great job, ladies and best of luck at state!

This Friday Oct. 28th is when the state cross country meet will take place. Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge will be the host and has been since 1993.
2A girls will start at 2PM
(Grace Storjohann will be competing)
2A boys will start at 2:45PM
(Kaden Lynch and Emerson Vokes will be competing)

Last week Grandma Janet visited business communications class to freshen up their cursive skills. Mrs. Snider asked the class at the start of the year anything they wanted to learn since it was a brand new class and they asked for cursive lessons.
