Cross Country Update At the state qualifying meet, the top 3 teams and the top 15 individual places qualify for the state meet. Boys results from the state qualifying meet in Pella. Team result (Out of 12 teams) GC-GR finished 4th as a team and just missing out going to state as a team. The Rebel Zoo is all set up and ready to go for 1st grade PE this afternoon. Students will be playing a game called ‘zoo keeper’. Underneath each bucket is an animal and students will perform the locomotor skill of that animal around the gym. #rebelnation #rebelsrising

State Football Update The GR Rebels will host the New London Tigers this Friday Oct. 21st at 7PM in the 1st round of the 8-player playoffs. Here’s some information regarding the game. 1. At this time, we do not anticipate on live-streaming the game. But, various radio stations will be covering the game. 2. Tickets will go on sale at 9AM on Tuesday Oct. 18th. Tickets need to be purchase online through HomeTown Ticketing prior to the game on Friday. 3. Using the link below, here’s how you can order tickets: A. After clinking the link, on the IHSAA website, click football underneath where it says ‘select sport below’ B. After you select football, scroll down and click ‘8 player’ C. After selecting 8 player, scroll down through the games towards the bottom until you see the game that says ‘first round playoffs at GR’ and click get tickets D. Enter how many you need in the quantity section and hit the checkout button. E. You should have a QR code on your device that will be scanned at the game Friday night for you to get into the game.
