This morning was the first meeting of the GR FFA. THANK YOU to Reinbeck Chiropractic/Shannon and Jodi Clark for providing breakfast for the members today!
Friends of the GR FFA has our first meeting of the year this Monday night at 5:30. This will be in the Ag room. Come and support this organization which helps support our student chapter. There are lots of different ways to get involved. Meetings last an hour.

Rebel Nation, Tonight's HS FB game will be Yth FB Recognition Night. During halftime we will be showcasing TK-4th grade flag football players as they participate on the field. We will also recognize the 5th-8th grade players with 3:00 on the halftime clock. #rebelnation

The TK kids were so excited to receive their very own copy of the book, No David! We practiced reading it so they could share the story with their families.

Tomorrow night's home opener for Rebel football will also serve as YOUTH FOOTBALL RECOGNITION NIGHT. During halftime of the varsity game vs Meskwaki, we will be showcasing our TK through 4th grade flag football players.
-Grades TK and K will be playing on two fields on the far west end
-Grades 1 and 2 will be playing on two fields in the middle
-Grades 3 and 4 will be playing on two fields on the far east end
Come out and support the Rebel varsity tomorrow night as well as the Rebel youth teams!

JH Football has their first game of the year today. The game will be at 4:15 in Dunkerton. Will be play 4-5 quarters. Dunkerton . Please enter through entrance 1 or 9. They will be charging $3.00 for adults, Students are Free. They will accept CASH or CARD. #rebelnation

During varsity football games this fall we are asking that when you arrive to the field, to use the far north entrance. We will have cones set up at the far south entrance and a vehicle parked in the middle entrance.
This will help our FFA students greatly as they are helping direct people where to park. It will make it easier for them if everyone comes in through one entrance. Please see the attached photo as the red X's represent the entrances that will not be open. The green circle represents the entrance to use.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping our FFA program as they give their time to help on Friday nights. Go Rebels!
With heavy hearts we ask the Rebel Community to keep the Union Community School District and town members in their thoughts as they maneuver through this difficult time.
The TK class had fun singing with Joe Beckman and learning about kindness. Remember to give someone a high five and say, "I love your face!"
