If you need plans for Friday night, don't forget about the 2024 NICL All-Star game. It takes place at GR high school! There will be no cost to attend the game. There will also be no concessions available.
Girls will get the action started at 6:15pm. They will have a 3 pt contest during halftime of their game. The boys will follow and get their game started around 7:45pm. There will be a 3 pt contest during the boys halftime. Following the boys game there will be a dunk contest.
If you aren't able to make it, KDAO Radio will have a video livestream of the night including commentary.

The spring break week ahead for Rebel Nation
It was a tough day of competition at State Basketball but the kids did great! Jase finished 4th in his division and Tavia finished 8th in hers!

This morning was the monthly meeting of the GR FFA. Mid Iowa Coop was gracious enough to sponsor the breakfast today for the kids. Janet Trepp and Rick Phantz came to share with the kids today about Mid Iowa Coop. They shared about what they do and what job opportunities they have for them after high school. Thanks to Mid Iowa Coop for supporting our FFA program!
Computer science class went to the looCon cyber security capture the flag event today at the Waterloo Career Center. One of the teams ended in the top 10! 💻🚩💙

Next week is spring break. If you do not have any plans, you can check out the 2024 NICL ALL-Star game held in the GR high school gym. This will take place on Friday, March 15th. The girls will kick things off with their game beginning at 6:15PM. They will have a 3 point contest during their half time. The boys still start at approximately 7:45PM. They will also have a 3 point contest at halftime of their game. Following the boys game will be the dunk contest.
The girls will have representatives from the following schools: AGWSR, East Marshall, GR, Denver, Sumner-Fredericksburg, Jesup, and Union.
