Parent-teacher conferences are happening soon at G-R Elementary, which means it's almost time for the fall Scholastic book fair!
The Scholastic book fair will be open for business in the elementary library starting on Monday, November 17 during conferences. The fair will also be open before and after school (7:45-8:15 and 3:15-4pm) each day the rest of the week.

JH girls 🏀 has had a busy week of games! 8th grade lost a thriller tonight, 22-25. 7th grade got their first win of the season, 17-7! Back at it tomorrow at home against BCLUW!

The TK class had their first visit with the residents at Westbrook Acres in GB. The kids enjoyed doing a craft and having a snack with their new friends.

TK STEM challenge for Little Miss Muffet - Work together to build a tuffet and make Little Miss Muffet. Then make a spider web with a spider that that can drop down and sit beside Little Miss Muffet. It took a lot of perseverance and redesigning but each group was finally successful!

Environmental Science students learned about Spatial Visualization and Renewable Energy using a STEM Scale Up project. Students were able to use the Spatial Vis program and build wind turbines blades and towers to test. Everyone did a GReat job! #IowaSTEM #RebelNation #RebelsRising
Bus will leave at 12:00 on Wednesday and Return to the High School following the game. Parents will need to pick up their students from there.

In health class, our last unit was about stress and stress reduction. One strategy is to participate in activities with others that are enjoyable. We spent 25 minutes practicing an enjoyable activity.
