Today, the third-grade students had Ag in the Classroom. Shari taught us about Christmas trees. We learned about three different kinds of evergreens. We each got a little piece to try to decide what kind it was. We also made an ornament and wrote letters for kids at the Iowa City Children's Hospital. As always, we love having Shari come in each month!

The TK class was surprised by a special visit from Santa while we were at Parkview today! Each child got to tell Santa something they wanted for Christmas and we sang a couple of Christmas songs with the residents. It was a very fun visit!
