Preschool Family Fun Night 2025 was held Friday night, January 24th. 35 preschoolers, 33 siblings, and parents/grandparents attended Our FROZEN themed event!

This night will also serve as Parents' Night for 9-12 band, cheer, girls basketball, and boys basketball. The game schedule will be as follows: F/S Boys at 4 PM JV Boys at 5 PM Varsity Girls at 6:15 PM *Parents' Night recognition between varsity games Varsity Boys at 7:45 PM Our student-athletes will be announced in alphabetical order. The order for Parents' Night will be as follows: 9-11 grades 1. Band 2. Cheer 3. Girls Basketball 4. Boys Basketball *9-11 will exit off the gym floor Seniors 1. Band 2. Cheer 3. Girls Basketball 4. Rebel Nation, Next Friday, February 7th, we are having a Coaches vs Cancer night as we host Oelwein in JV/V basketball. We would like to see Rebel Nation decked out in pink for that night to raise support for cancer awareness. Congrats to the 2024 Rebel Football Team as the the Times Republican Area selections were announced for Football.. The Rebels were highlighted by the Times Republican Player of the Year: Drew Eilers at QB- with 3,150 yds, 56 tds. Rebel Nation, This Friday, January 31st, we will be kicking off the Kids Heart Challenge with the American Heart Association. This will be with the elementary for grades TK-6th. This is such an exciting opportunity for kids to learn about heart health, life-saving tips, and also helping out others! GR Basketball Cheer has loved the space at The Center Rural Fitness and Wellness for practice. We have been working on the smoothness of our stunts going up and down and also cradling down. We have also been working on something special for Parent's Night on 1/30. You won't want to miss it! We appreciate all your support!

Congrats to our LG Speech Team on a GReat day! We saw hard work pay off and had a little fun while performing today. We had 2 groups receive a Division II rating and 5 groups receive a Division I rating. Those 5 groups will advance on to State competition on February 8th in Decorah.
