Gladbrook - Reinbeck Schools is hiring bus drivers! Whether you’re starting fresh or already have a CDL, we’ll help you get on the road quickly.

✅ New to Driving a Bus? Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Be 18+ with a valid Iowa driver’s license
- Pass a DOT physical, background check & drug test
- Get a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) from the DOT
- Complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) – now available one-on-one right here in Grundy Center with our Transportation Director
- Train behind the wheel with us
- Pass your CDL skills test → Start driving for G-R!
(Our local training means the process can be faster and more personal than ever.)

✅ Already Have a CDL? Even Easier:
- Add Passenger (P) & School Bus (S) endorsements (written test at DOT if needed)
- Current DOT physical & drug test
- Background & driving record check
- Short safety training & driving evaluation with our Transportation Director
