Tomorrow night, September 30th, will be Parents' Night for 9-12 GR volleyball. JV and F/S will have two nets going start at 5:30 PM. They will play until roughly 6:30 PM.

Once JV and F/S finish, we will get the gym set up for one net, and following that we will begin our Parents' Night recognition before varsity warm-ups begin.

We are hosting AGWSR and we're looking forward to seeing a packed gym!! Let's show out, Rebel Nation!!

Today we celebrated the end of our first literacy unit in third grade. We have been reading classic stories this unit. We have also been working on opinion writing. One thing we did today to celebrate was to have a picnic lunch, like the characters in Wind in the Willows did.

On Friday, we had the first of our monthly all school character assemblies. Students who received certificates for showing good character throughout the month of September were recognized during the assembly.

The TK class made frogs for the letter F, and each frog was eating something that began with the /f/ sound.

On Wednesday the juniors participated in several postsecondary exploration trips. One group visited Upper Iowa University, one group visited DMACC, and another group visited various apprenticeship sites. A big thank you to Upper Iowa, DMACC, Hawkeye Community College, Unverferth, and Klunder Custom Homes for hosting our students!

@Grundy this evening Mason W, Landon E, Elijah P, Reese S, & Owen G. all earned a new season PR!! Caleb P. had an 8th place medal finish, Caleb B. had a 16th place & career PR finish, and Tavin R. ran a career PR.

7th grade was at home against East Marshall tonight. Aggressive serving allowed us to go 4-2 on the night. #rebelnation

The 8th grade volleyball girls swept East Marshall 6–0! The girls were aggressive at the net and tough behind the serving line, dominating from start to finish. Great job, ladies!
