On Wednesday the juniors participated in several postsecondary exploration trips. One group visited Upper Iowa University, one group visited DMACC, and another group visited various apprenticeship sites. A big thank you to Upper Iowa, DMACC, Hawkeye Community College, Unverferth, and Klunder Custom Homes for hosting our students!

Yesterday, the TK class released another monarch butterfly. This is the 12th or 13th one we have released! Thank you to all the people who have shared their caterpillars with us!
The TK class made dinosaurs for the letter D. They sponge painted the bodies last week and finished up their dinosaurs today by adding a head, legs, and a tail!
Today in TK, we combined math with our letter, which is F.
After the story/song Five Little Speckled Frogs, each student got to search the room, find five little frogs, and put their frogs on their five frames. The kids used their frogs to act out our five speckled frogs song as we sang it together.
